Hawaiian Haystacks
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/2 fresh pineapple
cooked white rice
soy sauce
shredded coconut for topping, toasted
Adult Prep
Cut ham and pineapple into bite-sized chunks or cubes. Make 2 cups cooked white rice. Lightly toast coconut.
Kid Assembly
Thread a piece of ham onto a skewer, followed by a piece of pineapple, then a piece of chicken, then a piece of cheese. Repeat until skewer is full. Repeat for each kabob.
To serve, place a little cooked rice on a plate, top with a little soy sauce, and then top with your kabob. Sprinkle with coconut and serve with shredded carrots and any other toppings you would like.
